Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations at assigned service points
  • Handle front counter, admin, and operational matters
  • Work with Nurse Managers & stakeholders to solve process/system issues
  • Ensure facilities are patient-friendly and safe
  • Drive customer satisfaction and service improvements
  • Support business and financial targets with clinical teams
  • Prepare annual budgets, review performance & develop new initiatives
  • Lead and supervise non-nursing staff (appraisals, training, recruitment, retention)
  • Ensure good communication flow between staff and management
  • Participate in committees and ad-hoc projects
