We offer a range of services including acupuncture, cupping, tuina treatment massage for adults, and paediatric tuina, along with herbal medication. We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Clinic Support Officer to contribute to the clinic's operational excellence and enhance patient service delivery.
Job Description Handle telephone enquiries and manage appointment bookings for patients.
Coordinate and match patients' needs with appropriate physicians, taking into account patient preferences and well-being.
Manage daily front desk cash collections with accuracy, integrity, and proper record-keeping.
