Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Informatics, you’ll utilize your EPIC certification and clinical informatics skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize the EMR system. Collaborate closely with physician and nursing leadership, enhancing workflows and implementing user requests effectively while managing key documentation, training, and system testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide end-user support for EMR and troubleshoot issues
• Analyze business operations and implement EMR enhancements
• Participate in rotational on-call and system upgrades
• Train staff and maintain training environments and curriculums
