About the Role
This position is responsible for the provision of clinical expertise and leadership for an identified team. The role will manage the day‑to‑day requirements of service delivery, ensuring that delivery contributes to a better patient experience and health outcomes and is in line with organisational requirements. The Clinical Charge Nurse will ensure communication with the team aligns with the vision and values of Te Whatu Ora / Health New Zealand / Te Tai Tokerau.
