We are seeking a Clinical Customer Support Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Kansas City, MO metro area. This hybrid role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and providing timely support to healthcare professionals.
In this role, you will support physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical office staff, and healthcare organizations by managing customer inquiries through a CRM or ticketing system. This is not a high-volume call center position. Most communication is handled through tickets and email, with occasional phone interaction as needed.
