+ Provide nutrition assessments/follow-ups, interventions, and education
+ Manage Medical Nutrition Therapy through Department-driven policies and procedures.
+ Collaborate on patient care rounds and QAPI initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required. Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration required. NYS Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist license (or eligible) required.
