Responsibilities

• Manage oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Maintain up to date, clear and accurate client care plans, records and meet administrative requirements in accordance with policies, procedures and funding guidelines.
• Lead and mentor medical staff to promote high standards of patient care.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Manage budget and resource allocation for clinical services.
• Collaborate with administration to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Promote a strong customer focused culture.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in clinical settings, preferably in a leadership role.
