Clinical Educator - Theatres
Are you an experienced perioperative practitioner? Are you interested in the education and training of others? Do you enjoy helping others reach their full potential?
Main duties of the job
- Assist in the delivery and coordination of training for students, apprentices and qualified practitioners across the department, as directly delegated by Education Lead and Senior Educators.
- Participate in recruitment, open days and public engagement events, representing the Theatres Practice Education Team and the department.
- Act as link member between the Theatres Practice Education Team and theatre staff of all roles, including organising education mornings.
- Develop own skills and knowledge in the role of facilitating education initiatives and stewarding learners across all perioperative areas.
