**Position Overview:**

Drive clinical performance improvement across the organization. Provides strategic direction and leadership for programs or projects focused on achieving the highest level of quality, safety and/or patient centeredness. Provide clinical leadership, direction, consultation, guidance and support for performance improvement strategies to improve treatment and care of patients with specific disease processes. Identify areas for improvement, and lead and facilitate the development, deployment, and monitoring of clinical quality improvement projects, patient safety improvement initiatives, and organization improvements to achieve top decile clinical outcomes and accelerate the achievement of clinical quality and safety goals.
