About this Job: General Summary of Position
Under the general oversight of the Clinical Engineering leadership team the Clinical Engineering Technician III as an expert technician maintains clinical equipment with minimal supervision through the effective use of the medical equipment management plan and all medical equipment policies and procedures and manufacturer or alternative equipment maintenance (AEM) specifications. Performs a variety of tasks associated with the installation testing inspection maintenance calibration and repair of medical equipment and systems. Serves as a trainer mentor lead to junior staff.
Responds to support requests. Diagnoses resolves and closes issues involving medical equipment and systems according to service level guidelines. Takes part in on-call rotation covering after-hours and weekends. Ensures that preventative maintenance is promptly performed acco...
