Clinical Facilitator - ICU (Locum)

The Clinical Facilitator plays a crucial role in ensuring that all ICU nurses placed by SD Recruitment at client facilities meet the highest standards of qualification, competence, experience, and confidence. This position is dedicated to verifying that each nurse is fully prepared to excel in their roles within diverse clinical settings, ensuring optimal performance and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical vetting, assessment, induction, orientation, and follow-up evaluations for ICU nursing staff placed at client facilities.


• Provide clinical guidance, mentoring, and skills development support to ICU nurses, ensuring correct application of ICU nursing practices and compliance with SANC regulations and the Mental Health Care Act.
