Clinical Facilitator - Locum (JHB, PTA & Bloemfontien)

The Clinical Facilitator plays a crucial role in ensuring that all nurses placed by SD Recruitment at client facilities meet the highest standards of qualification, competence, experience, and confidence. This position is dedicated to verifying that each nurse is fully prepared to excel in their roles within diverse clinical settings, ensuring optimal performance and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide, administer, and facilitate clinical assessment, vetting, induction, orientation and follow up evaluation services for all allocated client clinical facilities and clinical staff.


• Coordinate, facilitate and support the work of external contracted clinical facilitators.


• Conduct relevant administrative activities related to all clinical facilitation activities.


• Establish and maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships.


• Ensure the growth of the business through the quality of services offered.
