Clinical Fellow - Community Rehabilitation

One of Macmillan’s significant programmes of work over the next 5 years is Neighbourhood Health Transformation. We are looking for a Clinical Fellow who will develop and help strengthen neighbourhood-level rehabilitation pathways for people with cancer and other long term conditions.

We know that access to rehabilitation for people with cancer and other long term conditions is variable and inequitable across the country with patient needs not always addressed in a timely way. There is an opportunity to focus in on interventions through development of integrated pathways that will support people with prehabilitation and rehabilitation needs.
