Position Summary/Description:
The Therapist/Clinical Case Manager will provide individual therapy, case management, and clinical consultation as part of the Wake County UNC FIT Wellness Program, serving formerly incarcerated clients with serious mental illnesses. In addition to direct care, this role will support the development and supervision of the Community Health Workers ( CHW ) and contribute to administrative tasks that enhance program function.
