Job Description
Location: Novena Job Category: Nursing Posting Date: 9 Apr 2026 Job Responsibilities Work closely with Nurse Manager in daily functions. Assist in reviewing and indentify ways to improve policies and procedures. Work closely with other department in providing the best care. Ensure compliance to clinical guidelines and SOPs. Performance clinical audits. Develop nursing education programs for constant improvements. Preceptorship for junior nurses and oversee team.
Job Requirements Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Advance Diploma in Nursing. At least 7 to 8 years of relevant working experience in Nursing. Must be registered with SNB as a Registered Nurse.
