About the Role
This is a key senior designated role, supporting the Team Leader by providing clinical oversight and expert guidance to a multidisciplinary team, while contributing to clinical excellence and workforce development to ensure safe, effective, person‑centred care.
You will maintain a strong clinical presence, providing day‑to‑day supervision and mentorship, support service development, and foster a strengths‑based approach and recovery focus that keeps whaiora and whānau at the centre of care.
