**Responsibilities for a Nurse Manager/Clinical Manager:**

+ You will visit our geriatric clients and conduct assessments in **Mashpee** **, MA** and surrounding areas.
+ You will develop and execute the client care while coordinating communications between clients, field staff, office and clinicians.
