Description

As the Clinical Manager - Autism Services , you will provide strategic leadership and clinical oversight for Child Serve ’s Autism Day Program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services that support children and families. Serving as a subject matter expert, this role leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of autism programming while mentoring and supporting clinical staff and program leaders. The Clinical Manager collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams - including therapy, nursing, ABA, families, and community partners - to promote coordinated, effective care and positive outcomes. Based at Child Serve ’s Des Moines location, this position provides direct support and oversight for all autism services delivered at that site.
