  Clinical Nurse Coordinator ($50-60/hr) 
 We areseeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to supervise the clinical operations ofall nursing floors in the absence of the Nurse Manager and/or Director ofNursing. This role involves assuming administrative responsibilities for theCenter in the absence of executive administrative personnel. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership and be flexibleto work at both our Roslindale and Dedham sites. This position offers acompetitive pay range of $50-60/hr and the opportunity to work in a supportiveand dynamic environment.
  Responsibilities: 
 Ensure appropriate nursing care through clinical rounds and supportcharge nurses in medical interventions
 Maintain safety and security measures for patients, visitors, andstaff, and address crisis situations as necessary
