Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff delivering oncology triage services. Perform comprehensive telephone and face-to-face triage assessments, identifying patients requiring urgent intervention or escalation of care. Prioritise patient care based on clinical urgency, ensuring safe, evidence-based decision-making.
