We're hiring a Clinical Pharmacist for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a home infusion pharmacy in North Dallas, TX.

Schedule:

Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Day Shift

Requirements:

Active Texas Pharmacist license
USP sterile compounding experience (required)
IV/Infusion pharmacy experience (required)
Intrathecal experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

Review and verify prescriptions
Prepare and compound sterile medications
Maintain pharmacy records and inventory
Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations
Support quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
