Job Description

 The Iowa River Landing Clinic is seeking a 100% Clinical Pharmacist. Clinical Pharmacists will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care services in an Ambulatory Pharmacy setting and will be responsible for daily operations of the pharmacy. Clinical Pharmacists will also support medication distribution, education, and collaboration with Iowa River Landing clinics and staff.
  Position Responsibilities:  
 Provides Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM) on clinic-administered medications and take-home prescription orders.
 Documents all patient care activities performed
 Coordinate patient communications and interactions
 Facilitates operational initiatives which lead to enhanced patient care services
 Provides educational services
 Other duties as assigned
