About the Role
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients across Hawkes Bay Hospital, contributing to safe, effective and efficient use of medicines. You will participate in ward-based clinical pharmacy services, undertake medicines reconciliation, attend ward rounds, provide clinical advice to nursing and medical staff, and support medication counselling for patients and whānau.
