**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our **Clinical Pharmacist** , you will advocate for patients by providing exceptional, specialty-focused pharmaceutical care so they can achieve optimal health outcomes and manage complex conditions effectively.

Every day you will review, monitor, and optimize medication regimens for specialty patients within the CommonSpirit Specialty Pharmacy Program.

You will be expected to perform:
