Job Description

Facilitates the development and ongoing management of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective medication therapy. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details:
Education: Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy
(PharmD) in pharmacy degree from accredited school of pharmacy.
Licensure: Requires a current pharmacist license from state of practice
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in area of practice
