Clinical Professional Development Specialist (Medical ICU) UPMC Presbyterian

UPMC Presbyterian, a Magnet-designated hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center, is looking to hire a full-time Clinical Professional Development Specialist (CPDS) to join their exceptional Nursing Education team!

This position will support our Medical ICU. Previous experience working in critical care is highly preferred.

This role primarily operates during weekday daylight shifts, with the flexibility to engage with night and weekend staff as needed to meet the education requirements of the unit.

In this role, you'll provide hands-on, real-time education and support directly on the unit - working side by side with nurses to strengthen skills, confidence, and outcomes. This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and being a visible resource for staff.
