The Clinical Scholar Role provides experienced nurses with leadership and mentorship opportunities, supporting newly graduated nurses (within 18 months of graduation), internationally educated nurses (IENs) and nurses seeking to upskill. Reporting to the Manager of Nursing Practice and Education, the Clinical Scholar provides on‑unit, “at the elbow” mentorship and clinical guidance to program participants while completing required tracking and data collection for reporting to the Ministry of Health.
