Clinical Support Representative Ortho/SPM

Reporting to the Sales Manager, Ortho, the Clinical Support Representative will provide clinical support, undertake training activities, and maintain and develop relationships with customers in line with sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

What will you be doing?

• Provide exceptional clinical support to customers on products while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
• Support surgical procedures in the hospital environment on a range of products on an ‘as required’ basis.
• Manage the clinical training and in‑servicing schedule in alignment with the sales strategy.
• Enhance operating efficiencies including management of surgeon preferences and integration of warehouse and customer service initiatives.
• Ensure the appropriate execution of the shared calendar.
