Job Description
This is a long term contract. Reporting to the Director, Digital Health Transformation, the Clinical Transformation & Adoption Lead oversees the transition of clinical workflows from a legacy Health Information System (HIS) to a modern digital platform. The role focuses on aligning clinical processes, policies, training, and operational readiness with the new system while supporting safe and effective patient care.
As a member of the project leadership team, the role collaborates with digital health, clinical, operational, communications, and technology teams to support the implementation and adoption of the new HIS.
