The CLM Administrator, Commercial Technology is the primary POC for all tasks and responsibilities related to the maintenance and oversight of the CLM, reporting directly to the Vice President. He/She will be primarily responsible for managing and maintaining the legal department’s Contract Lifecycle Management tool (Ironclad).
