Job Description
**_POSITION SUMMARY_** :
The Infusion Technician is responsible for the proper glass thickness and glass-to-resin ratio on infused: small parts, lids, consoles, finders, stringers, decks, and hulls. The technician is also responsible for ensuring the quality of the finished part and providing leadership for the crew.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Distributes properly catalyzed resin evenly into injection ports.
+ Helps train new team members as well as helping all team members stay focused and motivated.
+ Ensures the crew starts up on time at the beginning of the shift.
+ Observes and adjusts the catalyst level as environmental conditions require.
+ Performs daily cleaning and minor maintenance routines of equipment, spray guns, and bags.
