Job Description
Position Overview
As a Cloud Support Engineer at OCBC, you will ensure the operational excellence of the multi‑cloud environment across AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, and Google Cloud Platform, supporting 24/7/365 operations and maintaining system health.
Responsibilities
- Cloud Operations: Oversee performance, health, and reliability of the multi‑cloud infrastructure, including on‑call rotations during odd hours, weekends, or holidays.
- Standards & Compliance: Maintain high operational standards by adhering to cloud best practices, security controls, and regulatory requirements. Apply operational and compliance policies continuously.
- Incident Response & Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve system‑level issues across cloud infrastructure, operating systems, and applications. Analyze logs and restore services within defined SLAs.
