Cloud Engineer - Azure

Provide operational support for Azure cloud infrastructure and associated services. Respond to incidents, service requests, and event alerts within defined service level agreements (SLAs). Perform troubleshooting across Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, Load Balancers, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics. Execute routine operational tasks such as system monitoring, health checks, service restarts, backup verification, and configuration validation. Manage and support monthly patching activities for Windows and Linux environments. Assist in change implementation, maintenance activities, and patch deployments following established procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational documentation and ticketing records. Adhere to incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
