We are seeking an experienced
Cloud Ops Engineer
to support the daily operation and enhance the infrastructure services for our clients.
Responsibilities Involve in technical planning, implementation, and delivery for enhancement projects. Develop and review test cases for the service. Perform system and service testing to roll out new products and services. Support daily operation of servers (HW & SW mainly in Linux OS) and storage systems. Implement platform patch loading, software, and hardware upgrades. Coordinate disaster recovery activities to minimize downtime and revenue loss. Develop playbooks and scripts to automate processes and improve operational efficiency. Carry out upgrades and patch loading outside normal working hours when required. Requirements Must-have: A good engineering or computing degree. Basic knowledge of Linux Operating System. Basic knowledge of IP networking fundamentals. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
