Job Description
As a Jazz Business Cloud Sales Consultant, you will provide expert advice and tailored solutions to corporate clients, helping them improve their business performance by leveraging Jazz’s portfolio of Cloud and IT offerings. You will foster long‑term, meaningful relationships with clients, focusing on engagement, upselling, retention, and satisfaction.
This role reports directly to the Regional Manager Cloud Central, who oversees a regionwide team of Cloud Business.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to deeply understand their business needs and deliver customized solutions of Cloud and IT.
- Achieve monthly sales/revenue targets.
- Focus on retention and recovery targets for your assigned portfolio.
- Conduct regular B2B visits with large enterprise account customers to drive Cloud and IT sales, ensuring strong retention and collection.
