This is a remote position. SHIFT TIMES: 9 AM to 6 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday With possibility of covering UK and US shift as required Public Holidays may also be on-call, as required As a Cloud Support Engineer, youll provide hands-on technical support in a healthcare environment, working closely with experienced engineers to build skills across cloud platforms, networking, and enterprise IT support. This is a remote role with rotating shifts to support UK and Australian operations, including scheduled weekends and public holidays.
