Club Assistant - Whakatane

Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional member experience and build key stakeholder relationships with members and local businesses.
• Assist in delivery of agreed new membership sales and growth on a regular basis, reporting to the Regional Performance Manager.
• Maintain a positive club culture by engaging in key events and promotions.
• Perform regular in-club operations tasks to ensure all areas are clean and hygienic, and coordinate equipment and club repairs on a regular schedule.

Qualifications

• New Zealand citizen, resident, or hold an open work visa without restrictions for 12 months.
• Current First Aid certificate covering CPR and defibrillation (NZQA units 6401 and 6402), or willingness to obtain one.
• Self‑motivated and self‑disciplined with excellent customer‑service skills and a sales focus.
