Job Description

We are looking
 for someone who has:
Certificate in Culinary Arts or related discipline

Minimum 8 years of relevant kitchen experience in a similar capacity

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Fluent in English and Cantonese preferred
