Job Description

Saint Joseph's College of Maine is hiring for the position of Club Coach - Women's Ice Hockey!
This position supports the Athletics Department by providing leadership and team management; managing sport program development and performance; ensuring athletic department collaboration and compliance; and fostering community engagement and promotion.
Provides Leadership and Team Management by: 
Leading all aspects of the sport program, including coaching, training, and game strategy, ensuring alignment with college and NCAA (or equivalent) standards
Developing, implementing, and evaluating practice plans that foster the athletic development of each player while building team chemistry
Mentoring, supporting, and evaluating student-athletes in both their athletic and academic endeavors
Overseeing recruitment efforts for prospective players, engaging with high schools, community programs, and recruiting events
