We are looking for a hands-on operations leader focused on delivering exceptional guest and member experiences at The Maryland Club. Located within the XFINITY Center at the University of Maryland, The Maryland Club is a premium, members-only club offering upscale dining, member programming, game day service, and private events.
THE ROLE
The Club Manager of The Maryland Club is the primary on-site operational leader responsible for day-to-day service execution, people leadership, staff development, member engagement, and maintaining premium club standards as well as the XFINITY Center premium game day operations, including suites, courtside service, and all-inclusive game day club operations.
