Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the operations of schools within the cluster.
• Regularly visit schools to assess program implementation.
• Conduct area and school monitoring.
• Recruit and hire staff.
• Collect and manage data related to educational projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree.
• Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in educational projects, including school monitoring and teacher training.
