Undertake Local Capacity Builders/local implementing organizations partner assessments such as due diligence and partner risk analyses for proper approvals.

Effective management of Local Capacity Builders/local implementing organizations, government departments, ensuring % adherence with respective MOUs and contracts

Build and maintain professional, collaborative and constructive relationships with project partners, key governments stakeholders and project donor to leverage on technical capacity development for youth, financial services and market access.

Plan and lead project quarterly reviews with local Capacity Builders/local implementing organizations, ensuring rigorous analysis, discussion and testing of progress, current situations and plans of activity implementation, budget utilization, and resourcing. Ensure decisions are reflected in future plans and activities with appropriate follow-up.
