You will own CMF across categories, ensuring a coherent, harmonious and high‑value visual language from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMF from idea → production across multiple categories
• Define colour, material, finish direction across helmets, goggles and eyewear with a supporting role for bikes, bike components, Bike accessories and Skis
• Translate trend research + brand strategy into executable CMF concepts
• Partner with graphic designers to develop material palettes, colourways, textures, and surface treatments for production
• Build and manage CMF libraries, standards, and seasonal narratives
• Drive prototyping, validation, and production approvals with factories/suppliers including regular factory travel
