Job Description
We are a rapidly growing aerospace manufacturer The CMM Programmer is the subject matter expert for dimensional metrology, responsible for developing advanced PC-DMIS inspection programs for high-precision, complex parts.
Create, debug, and optimize advanced online and offline PC-DMIS routines using CAD models and Model-Based Definition (MBD).
Execute and validate complex AS9102 First Article using Net-Inspect Must be willing to train other inspectors and CNC programmers in use of programs so they can learn how to inspect parts.
Assist in creating AS9102 1st Article Inspection reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of dedicated CMM programming experience specifically in the aerospace and defense industry.
Software Expertise:
- Advanced, expert-level proficiency in PC-DMIS.
Strong knowledge of ASME Y14.5 & Y14.1 GD&T Blueprint Literacy:
