**Job Description**
This role offers the opportunity to become the first full-time Construction Materials Testing (CMT) technician in a new Midland, TX shop. You will perform field and shop testing of construction materials, support projects in the oil and gas and data center sectors, and play a key role in establishing processes and standards for a growing office. The position combines hands-on testing work, field documentation, and collaboration with project teams to help ensure quality and compliance on local West Texas projects.
