Job Description
**Job Overview**
Our client in New Hudson, MI, is seeking a **Skilled CNC Machinist** with strong manual lathe and setup experience to join a small, team-oriented machining job shop. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, with the ability to go direct in as little as 30 days based on performance and progression.
This role is not an operator position — we are specifically looking for machinists who can independently set up machines, perform tool changes, and run jobs with minimal supervision.
**Pay:** $28.00 – $38.00 per hour
**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Friday Half-Day (OT Available)
