Job Description Responsibilities Set up and write CNC programs for Okuma & Hurco CNC Mills and turning centers Program extremely close tolerance parts Focused on plastic and alloy machining Create strategies for machining operations & designate the proper tooling to ensure quality & cost effective delivery Study and interpret drawings and specs to coordinate set up Meet and improve quality standards to reduce rework and non-conformance Qualifications Ability to use gauges & measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements Minimum of 3-5 years experience creating CNC programs Set up and operate CNC lathes and machining centers Must be well-versed in programming and utilizing Solidworks Read and interpret dimensional drawings and tolerances Capable of verifying own work with micrometers and calipers Motivated, independent, entrepreneurial spirit #J-18808-Ljbffr
