CNC - Programmer / Machinist / Operator - 1st and 2nd shift-DB

Monday-Friday,

1st shift - 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

2nd shift - 3 p.m.-11:30 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare, maintain and operate CNC machines, including 5 axes CNC machines.

Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.

Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.

Identify and pull correct material required to fill order.

Multitask and operate two CNC machines simultaneously to produce parts for different orders.

Load/Unload CNC machine with material/parts being produced.

Deburr and inspect parts produced according to customer drawing/requirements.

Perform the following tasks: sanding, deburring, labeling, packaging, filling out required forms, cutting material.

Cut material on Table Saw and/or Band Saw
