Location: Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Deal Management & Administration
  • Set up and maintain deals in Sales & Rights Management systems (RPM).
  • Create Finance Release Packages in S2F and generate Materials Orders as required.
  • Manage contractual obligations, ensure deadlines are met, and draft contract amendments using standard templates.
  • Assist in deal execution with Sales and Legal teams, track workflow of contracts, amendments, notifications, client schedules, and ad‑hoc reports.
  • Provide client support, attending external meetings and addressing queries about billing discrepancies, service issues, and scheduling changes.
