1. Athlete Performance Outcomes
Improvement in athlete performance (timings, scores, rankings)
Number of athletes achieving podium finishes/medals
Selection of athletes in district/state/national teams
2. Training Effectiveness
Achievement of planned training targets and milestones
Quality and consistency of training sessions conducted
Athlete skill development as per periodic assessments
3. Athlete Attendance & Retention
Athlete attendance percentage in training sessions
Retention rate of athletes in the program
Engagement and satisfaction levels of trainees
